Churchill Downs Incorporated renovated their existing office space on the 3rd floor of their headquarters which included their entire Information Technology department.
CDI relocated their existing Mountain View California based Twin Spires company to this, Louisville, Kentucky, Headquarters location. The program of spaces consist of heavy IT personnel. The interior spaces were requested to be state-of-the-art with technology incorporated into the space’s architecture, flexible office and team meeting spaces, food & beverage breakrooms and fitness spaces that complimented a Tech ‘Rich’ and Tech ‘Friendly’ environment.
